Project Overview
Location, Location, Location. A dream lot in the perfect neighbourhood led to the creation of this plan. The clients knew exactly what they wanted including incorporating some key design elements from their current home. A key element of design is understanding client’s needs and how the space will function for them. This home was designed with space to accommodate an aging relative. This included larger hallways and doors as well as an additional ensuite. West Lane Designs hit the mark with this project. The clients were blown away during the design presentation meeting. This design was exactly what they were looking for.
